Since her arrival in 2013, the pediatric health system has grown to treat children at seven locations across the state, including Arkansas Children's Northwest in Springdale. Doderer believes that the biggest challenge for healthcare leaders is navigating constant change, including financial pressures, workforce challenges, and evolving technology. She believes that focusing on expanding access, investing in research and developing the next generation of pediatric caregivers while delivering exceptional care. Additionally, she serves as a member of the board of trustees of the Children”s Hospital Association and will be its board chair for two years starting in January.
