Hurley denies Lakers to keep his kingdom
After all the speculation and hoopla surrounding Dan Hurley and the Los Angeles Lakers, it obviously was a simple decision. Dan Hurley, the UConn men's basketball head coach, has denied a potential transfer to the Los Angeles Lakers, stating that he prefers to be king of Connecticut or the head coaching job of the Lakers. Hurley has won the last two NCAA Tournaments and has been linked with the Lakers, but has declined to take the position.
