Tesla asks judge to void Arkansas commission’s request for documents on its North Little Rock site
Ahead of a Monday deadline to turn over business records to state regulators examining its Arkansas business practices, Tesla Inc. is asking Pulaski County Circuit Judge Shawn Johnson to block those regulators from forcing the electric automaker to divulge internal documents about its operations here. Tesla has asked a judge to dismiss a request by the Arkansas commission for documents on its North Little Rock site. The Associated Press does not plan to be responsible for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the transmission or delivery of all or any part of the material, nor will be liable for any damages arising from any of the foregoing. Neither material nor any portion of these materials may be stored in a computer except for personal and noncommercial use.
