Tesla asks judge to void Arkansas commission’s request for documents on its North Little Rock site
Ahead of a Monday deadline to turn over business records to state regulators examining its Arkansas business practices, Tesla Inc. is asking Pulaski County Circuit Judge Shawn Johnson to block those regulators from forcing the electric automaker to divulge internal documents about its operations here.
