This arbitrator, at JOKE, needs his license to enforce the law or to arbitrate the case. For me, this man is nothing but a criminal and should be in prison. He abide by the rules against the contractor for anything. Good or evil is meaningless to him, and neither laws nor facts are discovered. The judicial system and the main example of this country moving directly to *****. If someone makes a petition for a contract concerning the American Arbitration Association, I will start up as *****. It's a joke. My opinion of this thief and liar is utterly zero.
