George Wise

George Wise, born Arkansas, received a Ph.D. in Juris from Arkansas University in 1978. At law school, George acknowledged the importance of protecting the rights of individuals under Arkansas and the U.S. Constitution. He believes the right to a jury trial is the only way to protect the public from the tyranny of special interest groups and influential companies. George, through his argument at the Arkansas State Legislature for the last 20 years, has worked to defend the right of a jury trial. His effort to educate citizens and his colleagues in law through many publications on the importance of the right to a jury trial is a passionate project for George, focusing on his work in the areas of medical negligence, medical products and product liability litigation.
