The event was held at Lake Saracen Pavilion to raise awareness about breast cancer and promote women's health. The 5K was started by Michelle Atkinson, the daughter of Billie Jean Jackson, who died in 2000 from breast cancer. The walk/run also included free health screenings and activities for children. The turnout showed the community's support for the event, with organizers planning to return for its 13th year in 2027.
